i have a renault megane scenic on a 98 plate and 69000 miles the problem is that the heater has a problem i think, when the car is started and run for 10 minutes on full power of the heater and fan it just gets luke warm it only gets hot when the car is on the move my other car gets hot with out moving, is this just me thinking this is a problem or is it just renault thing

Have you replaced the pollen filter under the dash (passenger footwell), as this stops the hot air flowing through the heater matrix.

i seem to be having the same problem with my 98 senic no matter how long we run the car heating never seems to heat up not good now the winter is here

Yes I too am having the same problem, it seems it could be a problem with the heater matrix which means removing the dash board? or you could try cleaning the tubes, I am still looking for answers.
