happy new year.hope you can help me.my mom's central heating uses a bosstherm BRTRF/BR1 temperature control for a worcester boiler.last week while replacing a gas cooker the comet installer turned off the boiler at the mains the heating is still working but since then a red flashing light comes on every now and then each day on the BR1 transmitter.we never noticed this happening before and the heating seems to take longer to reach required temperature.

sounds like the thermostat & reciever need to be re-configured, so they can talk to each other again after the power interruption. check your instruction book for how to do it.
