The condensing unit might be blocked. This is the plastic housing with a motor on the back atached situated behind the soap drawer. I recently pulled loads of stuff out of mine (nearly a pair of jeans worth). If this is not blocked, then it might be the motor. Check that the motor rotates freely by moving it by hand. It goes without saying that the mains power should be off whilst checking.
