does not advance through the washing stages. I have removed the flood control device. but problem persist.
drain pump works fine.

flood control will not stop operation unless it was flooded.Is the water heating?.do the spray arms rotate and can you hear water splashing around?.you say the drain pump works but does it discharge water at a good flow rate?.
