tell you what it is the control knob has worn,a new 1 will cost about £35 pound from partmaster, cheaper on e-bay,easy to replace if you clip all the wires on as they come off the old switch, that normally is the clicking noise, common problem with beko,if not spinning will be brushes, pump is working as you say it is draining, when you turn the washer on if its not filling up and clicking through the programes its the control knob,i know i had the same problem.

put you fingers under the stainless inner drum at six o clock position and lift the drum upwards to the 12 o clock position. If there is movement the bearings are shot.clicking noise could be a motor issue where the brushes have worn or cause damage to motor.check motor and brushes for wear
