does not respond to timer or thermostat.oil opperated worcester danesmoor?

MY CENTRAL HEATING AND HOT WATER IS PROVIDED BY AN OIL FIRED BOILER WHICH IS A WORCESTER DANESMOOR FROM THE BOSCH GROUP.WHAT IS HAPPENING IS THAT THE BOILER KEEPS FIREING EVEN WHEN THE TIMER DOESN'T KICK IN AND THE RED INGNITION LIGHT IS ON ALL THE TIME INSTEAD OF COMING ON WHEN IT SHOULD ON THE TIME CONTROL AND I DONT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO CONTROL THE RADIATOR TEMPERATURE FROM THE THERMOSTAT IN THE HALL.AND THIS MORNING WHEN THE RADIATORS SHOULD HAVE COME ON AT 6 30 AM I WAS WOKEN UP AT 4 AM SWEALTERING IN THE HEAT FROM THE CENTRAL HEATING ON CHECKING IT OUT AND TURNING EVERY THING OFF AND RE PROGRAMING THE TIMER AND TURNING THE HALL THERMASTAT DOWN TO HOPEFULLY LOWER THE HEAT OUTPUT IT STILL CHUCKS OUT EXCESSIVE HEAT AND WONT SWITCH OFF UNTILL CALLED FOR ON THE TIMER? ITS COSTING ME MONEY IN OIL NOT TO MENTION GLOBAL WARMING.
