My water and heating system is noisy?

I have very noisy pipes and the pressure on my combi boiler is 0.

I have a Worchester greenstar 25si/30si Not sure which) the pressure on here is 0.

When i run the hot water for a bath - and it is stopped the system makes a very loud humming sound, this is stopped when I run the cold tap or flush the toilet.

Also a couple of radiators are making gurgling noises when the heating system starts in the morning.

My first choice is to bleed my radiators and hope that sorts it out.

Any other suggestions very thankfully received.

ive cut and pasted a previous answer i gave - the location of what u need to use to charge up sys are on the underside of the boiler but you have to slide/unclip the underside plastic cover on the bottom of boiler where u will find the magic key

I have the greenstar junior 24 -if it is similar the steps are as follows:
Make sure you push the key fully up and turn slightly until you feel that you have engaged correctly - note you can only turn the key a maximum of say a quarter of a turn - what you then need to do is to turn the square white plastic 'thingy' that is next to the key - hey presto - you'll hear water then charging the system!(Unless plumber installed a shut off valve within the supply line outside of boiler).
keep an eye on the level as you fill the system - when upto level turn the square thingy to stop charging the system - turn the key that quarter of a turn and pull out - put things back as they should be and pat yerself on the back for a job well done!

have a look on the Worcester web site how to refill
first choice refill the system with water using the filler loop/tap
fill up to 1 to 1.5 bar cold on the gauge turn off filler loop tap.
bleed ALL of the radiators free of air
now check the boiler pressure(will have dropped )
may need to top up again due to any loss through the bleeding of the rads
when system is at 1.5 turn off , and remove the filler loop to comply with bylaws
try boiler
