My tilt and turn window has been closed or opened incorrectly and now wont close properly. The window is moving but goes both like a door and tilt all at the same time! So when you try to fasten it it wont lock in place.

hi there put handle in the tilt position with help hold sash against the frame and slowly turn handle to the open position as you move the handle to the open positionthe window should move back into the top catch window should now open and tilt as normal, your window needs adjustment it should not be possible for this to happen in the first place
