i have a transit connect ..a 4000 rds stereo and it saying locked with 10 underneath it .
i have the code from ford dealer but having no effect
the battery has been changed before i bought the van ..
any ideas any one ....many thanks

Lee, I don't know if this works or not (Nobody has ever replied one way or the other) but I believe that if you press & hold the number 6 button before you switch the radio on, switch on whilst holding it, you get 3 more attempts to insert the code. Then insert the code not forgetting to press button 5 and hold it for a while to store the code. Good luck.
