i got a sylvania mp3 for christmas and i can download music but i cant cant download anthing else. i bought a memory card and all. its a sylvania smpk8854b i did not see any hardware in the package please help.

Videos have to be converted. The software that comes with the unit has the program that makes that part simple. If you don't have the software or manual,go to http://www.curtisint.com/support/manuals.asp to download. All videos have to convert to 320 x 240 if you are using another video converter.
