Halstead best 50 is it my aquastat or ignition control?

Boiler oka for 5 years had 4 services no probs. Then last year 1 or sometimes 2 ignition lock-out a month. for 3 months. Now its dead. Now Lockout on all the time and a continuous clicking. but no spark at the ignition electrode. No 230v to fan or pump. Can i asume the ignition control circuit is at fault.
Thanks for any help in advance. Thomas

i changed my aquastat in the same circumstance as you have to no avail so by nothing more than elimination it was the ign control. it cost 118 pounds plus vat easy to fit icould have done just that but the old aqua stat had a burn by one of the capacitors so i left the new one in rather than trying to restock it. most merchants are funny about restocking pcbs anyway
