heater not workin properly in my zafira?

when i'm moving along the temp gauge drops and i cant get any heat from my heaters i get some when sat still for a time and the temp gauge goes up also dont know if its connected or not, the fans work fine just no heat

That will be the thermostat faulty allowing the water to continuously flow through the radiator a quick and easy job to replace it
