Restart showing EA fault code?

My Worcester 35CDI Greenstar bolier is showing fault code EA and when i press the restart button the boiler attempts to restart but will not

Frozen pipe. Pour boiling water over pipe slowly.

Had the same problem this morning. Uncoupled the plastic pipe that comes out of the boiler and let the water drain off. Restarted the boiler and it worked first time. Now allowing the condensing water to free drain into a bucket until the outside pipe thaws.

It does tell you what to do but is a guide to the faults
