Binatone b430 only shows welcome screen when turned on?

My Binatone B430 sat nav just brings on the welcome screen when turned on and then stays like that. What should i do to make it work again?

What you need to do is get the B430 ROM files and flash your unit.

i got the same problem i called binatone helpline they said it will cost £39.99 as its a software problem and i havent got a recipt but its free of charge if you have the recipt
