About a year and a half ago i bought the forementioned boiler. I have been using it regularly since then and have had no problems with it until now. Every time i turn the boiler on the blue light that indicates whether the boiler is on or off flashes. The red reset button also flashes. However whenever i press the reset button the blue button goes solid for a few seconds before repeating the whole cycle again. I nor my family are unable to find out exactly what is wrong with it and are desperate to get it working sooner rather than later as neither the hot water nor the heater are working.
