I have just changed the PCB on my Icos Ideal HE15 Boiler after discovering part of the upper plastic cover had melted along with a large module on the board inside.
The new PCB appears to have fixed the problem but it gets warm when the boiler is operating. Is that normal or am I heading for more trouble ?

it will get warm normally. if it's working then best just leave it be and stop looking for more problems, as you will definetley find them on an icos or isar.
