I have 3hot taps,downstairs & upstairs bathrooms and kitchen,all will turn on fully,cold water comes out and eventually slows from a trickle to nothing.my cold taps work fine.we have had harsh freezing conditions lately and I was away 4a week so not using any taps.this is problem on my return.

check the cold water cistern in the loft, could be frozen up, is there any water running in to it? if not frozen
