Having let the air out of one of my radiators the boiler is now showing an error code of "E 02". There is also a very low pressure reading. How do I refill the system?

Hi, i've got the same problem, last week i've placed a new radiator on the system and a few days later the problem E02 came on, the problem comes when i'm taking hot water when the system is cold, never seen that, i haven't found the problem yet, i'm going to call my plumber, i keep you notice

ariston micro genius 28 mffi, boiler stuck in hot water mode giving no heat just hot water. please help!
