Heating won't turn on ?vokera gas boiler?

Hi the red light is on in the bottom left hand corner and when i press it the light turns off, the boiler tries to start up, but afer a few seconds it stops and the red light comes back on. Whats wrong?

you don't say which model. is it an excell 80e or 96e? if so i'd be looking at the pump or fan first of all. are your pipes frozen? if so the pump would fail to operate the flow switch and cause lockout.
