My boiler flame is ok but for some reason its not turning the heating on or warming any water..Its a combi boiler and only 3yrs old..Can the outside pipes that come from the gas box to the boiler freeze??

the gas cant freeze, i dont know of any boilers made in the last 3 years that have a pilot so your flame confuses me, make sure there is power to the boiler it should have some sort of indicator light, run a hot tap turn on heating see what happens watch the boiler then it may be easier to identify the fault
