Hi I have been reading all the other letters and it seems we could be frozen in the condenser pipe. But I dont know which is the pipe? We have had no heating or water now for 3 days and we are freezing.When I tried to start it up the green light flashes and you hear a brrrrrrrr noise then the blue light starts flashing again.My set up is in the airing cupboard with boiler in cupboard underneath if that is any help to you.hope you can help me thanks

ok latest we have had electric heater and emersion on all day just tried to reset heating and we now have green light.Radiators on and red hot upstairs but downstairs not getting hot,do I need to bleed radiators? if not any ideas gratefully appreciated.

is there a white pipe under the boiler that gose through
the wall

sorry i meant to say we have no white pipe on the back of the house.Only one coming out of soffit for overflow of water tank in the loft.
