how can i fix my worcester bosch greenstar he 30?

ea appears if i turn off the yellow water tap but if i leave the water tap in the on position the central heating works unfortunately the pressure then rises past 3 and i have to turn the central heating off.

the yellow tap is the gas valve. check the red expansion tank for air pessure with the boiler drained down of water
