Dimmer switch (kaoyi KFD-527G3) stopped working on my Ikea floor lamp?

The dimmer switch on our Ikea floor lamp has stopped working for some reason. Don't think it's the fuse as the lamp lights up normally from the mains. It doesn't dim that's all. Tested the fuse as well and it looks fine. It's a Kaoyi KFD-527G3. Anyone got any ideas on this please? Not sure of the name of the Ikea floor lamp but the dimmer switch looks like the one on their current ORGEL lamp.

Can anyone tell me what fuse goes in the inside of the dimmer? I've lost it!

What a handy site this is?
I had major problems sourcing a 60 watt Kaoyi sliding foot dimmer.
I came across the same company as Paul has already listed on here called www.eaglerisetransformers.co.uk
They sourced me a replacement, black, sliding foot dimmer and a new on/off switch.
Bearing in mind the light retailed at £200.00 I have extended my light for many more years to come and my marriage as well (mrs wasn't happy when it packed up) and the price paid was well worth it and I got free p+p!!
It seems they are the only UK company dealing with weird and unusual electrical items.

If similar, you have to take dimmer switch to pieces (not too hard although hard bit is always putting it back together ;-) ) and look for small fuse inside plastic casing - again needs some dismantling.
