Hotpoint FF64 freezer not freezing ?

the red light is constantly on and the freezer is no longer freezing. The fridge is still cool but the food in the freezer is not freezing anymore, please help

MY Fridgeadair fridge/freezer upright is not freezing,turned it upside down for 2 hours to try to mix the inert gases,it came back on 24 hours later but it has now gone off again?
