my boiler has turned off, no lights when on and i have no heating or hot water .
what can be the problem

there should be a switch with neon light near boiler if it is not lit the fuse has gone so replace but first check your fuse box to make sure the fuse in there hasnt tripped or blown if the neon light is on the boiler fuse has probably blown and needs replacing a simple job IF you know what youre doing
