Combi boiler, central heating working no hot water?

I have a combi boiler, after this cold weather i am getting no hot water from hot water taps, upstairs and down. no water at all. The cold tap warks fine though and central heating also working. any ideas?

If you have no water coming from the hot tap, you probably have a frozen pipe.
