Fuel line blocked?

Oil ran out due to weather delay in getting more delivered. Now have full tank but it isn't getting through to the pump to ignite - I have had the bleed valve open but nothing comes out at all. Any ideas ?

filter next to oil tank or in oil line will require cleaning as when oil run out dirt and water enters oil line and freezes. run small amount of oil off next to boiler to remove any dirty oil after cleaning filter.
