I have had a good loo under the bonnet as it were and cant see anything out off place, I cant find the brushes to check them
It will wash alright but wont spin so clothes come out sopping wet and need to be wrung out!!! it will spin at top speed empty and with two items in it (no joke) but anything more nothing!!! any tips or advice???

I have at this very moment the same problem. Hubby has taken out the black filter hose beside the pump and it is full of rubbish and coins inside.

The brushes are attached to the motor. remove the motor from the machine and it will be easy to remove and check brushes
