worcester 28i fast flash?

eevrything is dry and sound but wont light. the light flashes quickly what does it mean?

if it's not a greenstar model then i'd suspect pcb fault. there's a common fault on these where the fan runs for about 2 seconds then lockout light flashes. someting to do with fan relay, new pcb required.
