Hi Jo.I have the 128 of this and you just plug into the usb on your comp it will show as a drive then cut and paste or copy your music files into it. I use a program called MMconvert to change files to mp3 and get approx 56 tracks depending on the length of the tracks. Get rechargable batteries for it at least 900 mah and decent headphones. This is far easier to use than my wifes Shuffle. Anybody know how to disable the record button ? it can be a pain at times. Hope this helps you.
