How can I fix my Triton Opal Shower?

It is running cold all the time. Sometimes the low pressure indicator lights, sometimes not but still runs cold. When the low press ind is off the two relays will then operate to send power to the two elements via the thermal cut out. This thermal cut out seems to be permantly open circuit (proved with multimeter). I am presuming this to be the faulty component but what caused it to open and should it not self restore when the shower has cooled? Am I missing something else? Thanks in anticipation of help!

Hi i had the same prob found this on a site called fixya.com and it worked good look .Emily. In the top of the water inlet valve at the bottom of the unit there's a plunger that rises when the water is switched on. this activates a small switch at the bottom of the pcb and cancels the low pressure warning. this is free to turn in the valve and over times may rotate stopping the plate on the top from contacting the switch on the pcb. If this has happened just turn the plunger back to the correct position
