After three hour on max spin and the timer at zero the machine was extremely hot. Powered down, but each time I turn on the mains and turn the selector dial it starts to spin again. Logically there is no way to get the cloths out. Any suggestions - is it the internal motor switch? Thanks

Manual lock release is found under the bottom right hand panel. you will need a coin to turn the switch
