Britony flexiflue?

I have a britony flexiflue water heater, the pilot light is ok but when I turn on the hot tap I do not get any heat just the pilot lights, when I turn up the flame the pilot light goes out, the fan works, there is water and gas only to the pilot.

can anyone help me

hi sounds like a faulty pressure switch not sending a singal to the gas valve to open
