how do I put a second D: drive in my pc?

I dont know how to put a second D: drive in my pc

To add another hard drive you must have physical space inside, i.e. an empty bay to accomodate the actual drive.you must also have power supply and spare connection bracket on an IDE cable.
Do you want to install another hard drive.?

Maybe you just mean another hard drive. Its actaully a big question depending on your PC so I just say that they come with instructions usually. Or you could give us all some more detail on what you have already.

You cant put another D: drive in your PC as each drive has to have a unique letter assigned to it. I assume what you meant was How to I put another CD drive into my PC, as most off the shelf PCs have the set-up A: - floppy drive, B: - second floppy drive (usually not present) C: - harddrive, D: - CD-ROM. Any drives that are added after this are automaticly assigned the next available letter in the alphabet.

Do you want to know how to physicly add another CD-ROM or how to add another harddrive?
