how can i fix my RCA stereo/CD Player system. Model:RS2664 ?

hi. I have an RCA stereo/CD player System,with 2 speakers which are supposed to be playing both bass (subwoofer) and regular output but it only plays the regular output and no bass is coming out. any help?

i have the same problem to it is a 2 wired system and music only come out from the tweeters and there is no bass
