Removable internal grinder has jammed in machine on an angle so I can't reach squeeze button to remove. It is at full length from the bottom attachment with the middle section raised to full height off to the right hand side in the machine cavity and won't come down so I can remove. How do I get the expandable pipe sleeve part of this to move down over the internal pipe section reducing the height so I can take the whole unit out?
happened to me the first time I tried to get the grinder out as well. I figured out that the machine had to be turned off and the grinder automatically lowered itself (away from metal tube) and it was easy to pinch the red buttons on the grinder to remove.

the triangle light is on and the cup lights are flashing. I have cleaned inside and has not made a difference
what else should I try.
