how can i fix my toilet?

hi can sum1 please help me. have used all tools and had a plumber out and he said it mite be a build up of limescale.any1 know how i get rid of it?

You do not say the problem you have with your toilet - there are chemical products that help with limescale removal - decent plumbers know about them as do plumbing merchants. Supermarkets sell Viakal and similar products for ordinary home use in Limescale removal - how these compare I don't know.
