Clock time adjustment?

I have a Hamilton Mantle Clock with 340-020 stamped on back,
Is thers a way to adjust the time?

Hi there I too have the exact same clock as you but I have all the original paperwork and to quote from it re winding - To wind the clock, set the key firmly on the squae winding post extending from the rear of the clock. Turn the key in a counter-clockwise direction until you feel you cannot wind it further.
