the mains fuse on my Hotpoint DWF70 dishwasher keeps blowing?

The 13amp fuse on my Hotpoint DWF70 Dishwasher keeps blowing. Replacing the fuse can allow the cycle to continue for up to 1 hour or a minute. Have used this website to mend the dishwasher before, so am relying on you experts out there to solve this one. Many Thanks
