The drum wont spin, cant see any blokages anywhere and I can hear the motor working. Any ideas as to what may be a likely cause of the problem?

I've just fixed my non spinning Zanussi but I am not sure if yours is the same make.

I drained it using the emergengy drain hose inder the front panel. Then undid the filter and cleaned it. Then, and this was the crucial bit, used a torch to look right to the back of the filter to remove a 'fluff' build up.
