To enter VDO radio code, power off the stereo, switch on your ignition, press and hold the "AS " button and switch on the radio.
The display should show " SAFE " and then show " 10 _ _ _ _ "
If the word SAFE " does not clear then you will have to leave the radio powered on till the display shows " 10 _ _ _ _ " (maybe 2 hours).
Now press program " 1 " button repeatedly 'till 1st digit is correct.
Now press program " 2 " repeatedly.... and repeat 'till all code is shown on your display press and hold the " AS " button until the radio beeps, your radio will now activate. If your radio does not activate then the orignal vdo radio code may have been re-programmed!
