hi there

i have a redring plus extra. whilst having a shower at the weekend i was adjusting the temperature and the shower cut out. there is no noise coming from the shower when switched on, but there is a light on and the water supply has been checked. i did take the temp control valve apart, but there was no blockage. any suggestions?

you dont say if you have checked to see if there is power to the shower try that first
