how can ifix my dual flush ideal standard toilet ?

there is a constant dripping inside the cistern .ive had a look inside but you cannot see where it is coming from.the water trickles into the pan constantly .i have tried adjusting the plastic screw at the top but it does not make any difference. thanks

You will have to adjust the bell housing (the centre piece in the middle of the cistern) the brackets will need lifting to the cistern lid
