you need to drill the lock,start drilling it where you would enter the key, use a small drill bit progressing to a larger one untill you hear the pins in the lock drop, then you should be able to open the door, locate the screw holding the lock barrel in place undo the screw and slide the barrel out and replace with a similar barrel available from a good hardware store.
