My worcester highflow 400 boiler has been cutting out for the last week or two. We have had 2 engineers out, one said that it required servicing and when the guy came out to service it he said that it was needing a new expansion vessel. He replaced this yesterday and serviced it and was working fine until this morning it cut off again! It has been intermittent and after a while will start up for a few hours and then cut off again. Can anyone help?

Same problem, pilot light goes out over night when boiler off. Engineer been out about 7 times - replaced various bits, pressure ok but we still have to re ignite the pilot every morning - HELP!!

Interesting as our Worceter Highflow is also cutting out and very hard to see the pilot light to get it going again. We also have periods when the boiler is lit but the hot water doesn't arrive.

We have given up on British gas who can't find the fault and asked WBosch to come out - it's £285 +VAT
