my samsung tocco lite wont switch on but is charging fine on the mains, although it wont charge through usb port.

my phone went off because it was low batterey and i pluged it in the usb cable for charge it (my charger at my mates) and it turned on and then i was texting and all of a sudden the phone went off :( i really need help :( and now it will not turn on omg i need it

my phone won't work won't charge. when was on camera didn't work. froze alot. turned it self on and off. touch screen stoped working.

i was using my phone last night, then about 10 minutes later i went to use it and it was off. so i tried to turn on bit it didnt. nothing happend. i tried to charge it to see if it helped but the battery and the bit where the sim card is got really help.
any suggestions or is it broken?
