How can I stop my vaillant Ecomax 824 /2E from exhausting all it's pressure?

My ecomax 824 keeps making a loud buzzin/humming noise an exhausts the pressure from the boiler even if the heating is off.
An no matter how many times I top the pressure up it keeps exhausting the pressure every few hours!!!!
HELP!!

I am a domestic plumber by rights an it's not so much of a case of me wanting to toy with the insides of the boiler. I don't need lectures on what I'm legally allowed to repair by regs, I need help identifying the problem incase it's something simple that doesn't require me to call a boiler technician!!
