How can I fix my door. LG Tromm front load washer?

The door lock will not release and I can not get it open. Please help meeeee!!

Hi , the fault is in the door catch , when the machine is off tap the front of the machine with the palm of your hand , it should jog the catch as it seams to stuck , hope this helps
