i had this problem and just managed to fix it. I have the pure evoke 1S so the exact button to press may be different on different models, but what I did was, while the display was saying "getting time":
press "menu" and hold it for several seconds.
A message comes up saying "press tune to reset".
Press Tune!
There are a couple of setting confirmations; just press tune again through these.
It then resets itself & gets stations again so make sure the aerial is up.
This works for me although all my presets were lost - small price to pay!
