I have an 06 Iveco Daily van that won't start unless i use ether in the air filter intake. I have fitted a new fuel filter and air filter but it still won't start. Once its started it runs fine although has broken down twice will running. Anyone got any ideas? Any help much appreciated

Get a leak off test done on your injectors WHEN COLD

If one injector is leaking the pump can't produce enough pressure in the rail and the van won't start. Its often fine when hot as the injectors parts expand and seal.

It could also be a problem with a pressure sensor or the pressure regulator on the pump.
